Rebuilding the Studio, Imani Ellis Masterclass & Women’s Month DJ Sets
EPISODE 16
In this episode, we start by reopening the doors after the Harry Styles x AMEX pop-up. We quickly transition into spotlighting some of our amazing clients, including a pageant shoot for Amaria Knight, the 2025-2026 Miss Old Gold & Black, and a fresh drop from the Foreva Resilience clothing brand. You will get a front-row seat to how these creators use our space and unique angles to bring their visions to life. We also dive deep into the business side of creativity with our Night School series powered by Reebok. This session features Imani Ellis, the powerhouse CEO and founder of CultureCon, who shares invaluable advice on networking without fear. She drops major gems on how to turn a no into a maybe when dealing with sponsors and how to leverage major media exposure to attract more partners. Whether you are an aspiring actress or an emerging brand owner, her insights on the persistence required for entrepreneurship are a must-watch. Finally, we close out the night with Studio Sessions, our recurring DJ series. To celebrate International Women's Month, we brought in DJs, Smartt and Whipp Appeal to set the vibe and bring the community together. We also discuss our nonprofit initiatives and how you can support the studio in keeping these community events free for everyone.
