Marketing a brand involves a lot of behind-the-scenes work, but Porchia shares her tips and tricks for building a good foundation for a brand and improving an existing brand. These lessons cover the many ways students can research their audiences in various phases.

These phases go over how students can research analytics, from observing their website traffic, sales records, and social media metrics as well as researching hashtags, tagged locations, commenters, and direct messages. One of the most important elements of building a brand is to understand the audience that is using its services or buying its products. Porchia shares the variety of ways data can be gathered and how it can be analyzed to better understand trends and patterns in audience behavior. 

Students will also learn how to improve their content engagement by asking themselves questions about their brand in order to better understand their audiences. Porchia will go over the importance of social media bios and what elements create a lasting impact on people who come across your page. And lastly, students will learn the best marketing tools they can use for their brand, including apps for email automation management, photo and video editing, team collaboration, and marketing material designs.
